ANIMATRONICS
The Core Crew’s animatronics team is headed by CCFx founder,
Paul Pistore.
Paul started working with animatronics professionally, on Tim Burton’s Batman Returns, as a penguin puppeteer and technician.
He was trained on the job, by the heads of Stan Winston’s amazing animatronics team.
Paul has worked with legends like Stan Winston, Rick Baker and the incredible team at (ADI), to name a few.
With credits like Alien Resurrection, Men in Black 2, My Favorite Martian, The Last Samurai and many others, Paul and his Crew are ready to bring Hollywood level creativity to life for your production.
DUCK N DIVE
ANIMAL COSTUMES
"Duck -n- Dive" (ITheatre Singapore)
The crane was meant to be a non-literal costume/puppet that showcased actor Dwayne Lau's expressive face and voice.
He stood over 2.8 meters tall with a wingspan of 3 meters!
The wings and headpiece were built using wire and fabric, similar to a chinese lantern. The design was by Paul Pistore.
