"Archangel" was an experimental film, written and Directed by Sandy Collora as a companion piece to "The Host of Seraphim" by the band Dead Can Dance.

Starting with Angel wings, originally built for the Kevin Smith movie "Dogma" and Originally built by Krell Wonders/VGP, Sandy's brief was that they needed to "look like they'd been in battle".

Paul redesigned the structural shape, reworked all of the mechanics and completely removed and replaced all of the feathers, to fit the look of the film. The wings were fully articulated to fold, extend, flap and had further feather movement, also designed by Paul.
